Pepper Mill Stoke - Stoke-on-Trent

The pub advertises a carvery and this is the second time I’ve been when it’s not on. We ordered from the main menu and waited nearly an hour to be served. Our order consisted of two classic beef burger, which came with fries at just over £11 they weren’t cheap. Classic they were not! They were two over done burger between dry buns with some token lettuce. The fries were cold and suggesting our burgers had been cooked in advance of the other meals. Very disappointing

Popped in on the way through for food, ordered lasagne came out cold in the middle! They really need to brush up on the use of a microwave!! I wouldn’t call again!!

First time here wasnt great so i thought I would give it another shot.the carvery was the same as last time only 1 meat available and what look like the end of 2 other meats . No mash and the veg looked like it was stale or there for days. I asked if there was more meat coming out and was told no that's it .it was only after 2 so very disappointing. Will be my last visit.i do not recommend

Visited here on a Sunday. Shown TOA tabl e with ripped chairs. Dirty table Bought to attention of management. Didn't seem too bothered
