Kfc Festival Heights - Stoke-on-Trent

The restaurant offers ample parking spaces. I’m not certain of the employee's name, but they appear to be in their late 30s with dark hair, and they are an absolute gem. Their wonderful personality and exceptional service, accompanied by a warm smile, truly make a difference in the experience.

There is free parking available, and the seating is quite spacious. The KFC food was delicious, as always. However, one of the self-order kiosks didn’t print my order receipt, so I had to ask the staff for my order number. They were very helpful in assisting me.

I used the drive-thru, and I didn't have to wait very long for my food.
