Hungry Horse Weathervane

We stayed at the restaurant for two nights and dined there both evenings. The food was of good quality, reasonably priced, and the staff were lovely. Our room was clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. We were pleased to find 8 ChargePoint chargers in the car park for our EV. We had no issues with charging, although some non-EV cars were parked in the designated spaces. To use the chargers, you will need to download the ChargePoint app.

We had a lovely experience at this restaurant. A nice surprise was the presence of a bathtub in the bathroom. The room was unpretentious yet cozy. We didn't have high expectations for the pub connected to the restaurant, but were pleasantly surprised by the tasty, albeit typical, chain food. We found the prices to be fair. I appreciated that they offered a menu for those with dietary restrictions, and didn't experience any negative reactions from potential cross-contamination in the kitchen, which can often be a concern.

Jess H was amazing. I was unsure of which drink to choose, and she went above and beyond to let me try each Thatchers flavor before making my purchase. This showed excellent initiative and customer service. She is a credit to your team and should be recognized for her outstanding service. A massive thank you to her.

No qualms with the food or drink , only qualm I would mention is the windows on the inside and out could do with a good clean as looks long overdue , appreciate it's near the main road but first impressions and all that

Very disappointed. The food was good but the atmosphere was none existent and the loud headhunting music was anything but suitable for Hogmanay. After just two hours we called a taxi to come home and tune into BBC Scotland to see what it’s like.
