Golden Delight - Stoke-on-Trent

I pop in here every Wednesday evening, the staff are so friendly and helpful the pizza, burgers , chicken box and also Donna meat are amongst the ones me and my hubby has tried, I've yet to try the cakes they informed me that they are excellent I highly recommend this place and they deliver too.... Had an amazing pizza from here last night that was bursting with flavour and that hit all the right spots. I had a pepperoni passion with jalapeños and pineapple as extra toppings and with extra base sauce which is my favourite pizza anyhow but this one blew the doors off it was that good. If you haven’t already you need to try the marinated chicken kebabs which are also amazing, amazing food. Food: 5

First time we ordered from here it was all good. This time however, they've let themselves down massively. 2 separate items were missing from the order. 1 they realised and said they would come back to deliver (a garlic bread) and apologised. The other was the chicken curry (only delivered the chips for that) that I had to call and advise they'd forgotten. The original order was delivered in a speedy about 13 or 14 minutes. I called and it took a further 20 mins for the curry (certainly not worth £8 with chips due to quantity of chicken but curry sauce was nice) and the now cold garlic bread to be delivered (without an apology of any kind). The original chips were now cold as we didn't want to have them without the curry. Don't think we'll be ordering from here again.
