Buffet Island - Stoke-on-Trent

6 adult plus 2 children went there on Friday 10.6.17 and had an excellent meal. the staff was super helpful and I have an allergy, so was shown which meal times I could eat there was only 2 I couldn't, that makes a big change. there was a great choice and I had no disappointing choice. well done. brilliant staff and I wish there was a restaurant in the eastern region I could go into!

Our go to place when me and the missus need a night out alone. But also brill when you bring the family. Great atmosphere, food is fantastic, staff are nice and well mannered. My only issue is the car park, well, its mostly people parking like idiots rather than the size of the car park itself.

This restaurant was fantastic! The staff was friendly and quickly showed my partner and me to a table. As soon as we finished our plates, they promptly took them away. The food was great, and the atmosphere was beautiful and clean. The utensils were spotless as well. We were seated comfortably near the heat source, which was perfect for a busy New Year's Eve. This place is perfect for picky eaters or children, as there's something for everyone, and the quality is consistently excellent. There’s also ample space for indulgent treats like chocolate fondue, pancakes, waffles, or my personal favorite, biscuit pudding. The service is fantastic, and the drinks are reasonably priced. I've never been disappointed here.

I recommend speaking with the chefs if you have any food allergies or intolerances, as they are usually more than willing to prepare something that meets your needs. While it can be a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and although the servers are busy, they maintain a polite demeanor when attending to their tables.
