Albion - Stoke-on-Trent

Do not waste your time. The manager is a tyrant. As someone who is partially deaf and needs people to speak up when talking, I found it appalling that he told us to be quieter. The way he treated my husband and I was despicable. I will not be returning to that restaurant. Additionally, the smell of the toilets was overpowering and there was toilet paper scattered everywhere.

I visited this restaurant for the first time after seeing an advertisement for karaoke. I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was bustling with activity, but we had a wonderful time. The drink selection was excellent and reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I and three of my friends stopped by the Albion after shopping in Hanley. It was bustling, but we were promptly served by Daran, who was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The bar had a wide selection of gins at great prices, and he even explained the available offers to us. We decided to enjoy the lovely weather and sat outside in the spacious beer garden, which was fantastic. We also noticed that there was a rock and roll event advertised for Friday afternoons, and a regular customer mentioned that it was always enjoyable. We definitely plan on returning soon.
