Church's Chicken - Stockton

Rude person rushing u to order throwing mashed potatoes on you instead of offering other sides chicken was not fresh like it was warmed up Mac and cheese burnt ???? first and last visit to this church's chicken place and I like churches but this one nope nonever. Oh paid for bombers couldn't get ranch or bbq sauce had tenders couldn't get fries. Bad Experience ever at a Church'sChicken

So my husband ordered a 12pcs meal with the biscuits and two large sides and added another large side of okra but they first messed up with no gravy for the mashed potatoes then the biggest mistake is the chicken omg it takes like old oil and no normaldelicious flavoring. Don't know what's happened different in the last few months. But we have been to this location sooooooomany times and have never I mean never had issues. Is there new ownership and they are cutting corners ???? or are they havingemployee issues whatever it is this location needs help.

Signed up for rewards program. Was told at the counter that our free items could not be ordered at the counter and that they had to be ordered on the website. Poor customer experience when the rewards program is intended to attain and retain customers. This experience left us as existing customers wanting to dine there less often.
