Caruso's - Stockton-on-Tees

The best parmo we 've ever had! Absolutely lush, also 3 people mains, drinks and a dessert 44 quid! We 'll definitely be back. Had parmos in apparently the best but this place knocks them out of the park.

First time coming here as my wife had been before a long time ago with her family and they suggested it. Not disappointed at all, atmosphere was lovely, the owner came over for a chat, which was a personal touch and the food was so, so good. What a pleasure to go and experience this with the family; the kids had a blast and the waitresses couldn’t do enough to make sure they were looked after and happy. Thoroughly enjoyed it and it was a nice, genuine, feel good restaurant with a really nice owner and food to match! Will be coming back although we live 380 mile away!

Caruso is like eating in an Italian's kitchen dining room with family cooking the food. I took my tween and teenager there for the second time for my husbands and my anniversary dinner, and it was very special. The fillet and king prawns dish is the highlight of the menu (to me) and worth every pound. The parmasan of whatever version you choose is very good. The best place to eat a local classic, enjoyed by young and old. Caruso has an extensive happy hour menu and a very generous two hour slot every day. It's an all-around family favourite to dine there. Unfortunately, there are no photos this time as I was in the flow of enjoyment to remember that I could review this delight if I wanted to.

Fantastic. End off Edit... 29/04/2023 Went tonight. Everything was nice, just a bit too much garlic in one of the dishes. But overall. Really nice and great staff.

The food was incredible and I wouldn’t have changed anything . The service was very welcoming and I would recommend immensely. The owner is wonderful and is an asset to his restaurant .
