Dommino's Pizza - Stockport

Order came in 2 seprate deliverys. My pizza was undercooked almost raw asked for a replacement they sent the wrong pizza another replace came and it was more undercooked then the original. The fries were frozen also. I asked the manager for a refund he agreed and put the phone down on me. I never got my refund I just felt ill the next day.

Ordered a Pizza and Wings through the website at 6.10pm, the delivery slot was supposed to be 7.30pm, I called the store at 7.45pm, I was assured that it would arrive in 15mins, I called again 30mins later and they said it had been delivered, it had not I was told it would be with me in 15 mins, I had to chase it up 4 more times, each time being told it would be 15mins, it eventually arrived at 9.45pm. I filled in the complaints form on the website and have had no reply, I will not be using Domino's again as their competitors are so much more reliable.

Been using this outlet for a few years now. The order is always correct. The food is lovely and hot. The speed of delivery amazes me. The drivers are always very pleasant. Cannot find any fault. Thank you for staying open during these difficult times.

Used to be a really good place , Latest delivery was awfull , menu has changed HAm and Pineapple came with mushrooms??? Mighty Meaty came with Mushrooms??? Food cold on arrival , Phoned to explain they had no interest !! Wont use again
