Dear Rahul I hope as a new driver you aren't going to rate all restaurants in this manner. Schmitz food is made to order when drivers arrive so as to keep it fresh and hot company policy. You can only pick up 2 orders at a time, once again company policy to keep food hot for customers as ethnic drivers don't KNOW how to use insulated bags apparently !! The team at Schnitz do a great job and the manager always goes above and beyond when I'm there. You need to learn respect for all staff and they will respect you in return and it costs nothing to be polite. By the way the ladies you mention, 1 of them was a 16 yr old and it's not ok to hurl abuse at any one when doing your job.

No warning of the hour long wait for food. They were punching out the door dash orders though. Manager was ineffective at resolving issues and flat out ignored waiting at the counter to ask how much longer. Never again.
