The entire experience was underwhelming, from the lackluster service to the mediocre food. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow and disorganized.Once seated, it took forever for someone to take our orders, and even longer for the food to arrive at our table. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, making it difficult to get their attention when we needed assistance. Now, let's talk about the food. It was simply mediocre, and certainly not worth the prices they were charging. The dishes lacked flavor and creativity, leaving us feeling unimpressed Waiters were arrogant

Grumpy and rude staff. We didn't feel welcome. They put cheese on the vegan option. Dirty toilettes.

What can I say. The waiting staff were in a chaotic state. Wrong orders and very very slow with food. The pizzas were barely cooked when they arrived. Many people walked away . They need to remove half the tables to improve service or get more properly trained staff. Not recommended at all

Over cooked pasta with almost no taste. Dirty table cloths, and the whole place looks worn. Will not be going back there.

The waitress was useless. I asked for parmensan cheese and i was told it was forbidden according to Italian Customs to have parmesan cheese with the dish that we ordered. She was not only wrong but showed bad behaviour and was rude. Just for This reason i Will not going back again. Not cozy at all.
