Restaurant Aloë Ålvsjö Michelin 2 Unconventional located in a beautiful Swedish suburb. Large kitchen and even more atmosphere

The food is absolutely fantastic and the service top class BUT the tasting menu was in our opinion too large, i.e. there were too many dishes. At the beginning of the evening we were so excited and appreciated each dish very much (a favorite was the coconut/caviar dish) but at the end we felt how many are left because we can 't take it anymore , we were so tired and full. At the same time, you can 't turn down a dish at a Michelin restaurant, feels like an insult to their hard work. So my feedback to the incredibly talented chefs at Aloë is to remove 2-3 dishes from the menu (there were too many desserts) then it would be perfect! Nice and cozy venue with a nice, calm atmosphere. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
