Shanti Classic - Stockholm

This is one of my favorite Indian restaurants in Stockholm. The restaurant has a simple, nice atmosphere that is peaceful and the food is delicious with a wide variety of options, including many for vegetarians. The service is fast during lunch hours and more relaxed during dinner. Definitely a must-try!

I came here with my husband one weekend lunchtime based on the excellent reviews and reputation this restaurant has. The food was amazing, and once the order was actually placed came very quickly. The decor of the restaurant is tasteful. Not so satisfied with the service unfortunately. We were only one of three tables of customers so it wasn’t busy, but the woman working there just came across as really uninterested. We were given menus but nobody came to take our order until we got up asked. The food was placed on the table and then just kind of pushed in front of me so the soup slopped all over the bowl. When we asked for the bill it never came until we asked for the second time. So not big things maybe, but despite the quality of the food, I would prefer to go to other restaurants with a warmer welcome and more interest in the customer.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was efficient and the food was delicious. It can get crowded on weekends, but the staff is still able to take orders and serve quickly. They have both indoor and outdoor seating options, and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Had the best vegetarian butter masala I've ever eaten at this place. So creamy and tasty at the same time. The food was delivered fast and the waiters were kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would ask me where the best Indian in Stockholm is.

This is a lovely restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were very friendly on our arrival and put up with our non Swedish language abilities. As it was national palak paneer day we all ordered this and it came to our table within 10 minutes!! The palak paneer was tasty, moreish and aromatically flavouroursome. The dish was served with salad, a tasty pickle and delightful daal. I would certainly come here again, and very much enjoyed my 1st experience of national palak paneer day!
