Pong Hornsberg - Stockholm

Had a lunch buffet here and it was dissappointing. Lack of passion in the food, overcooked and tasteless.

When in Stockholm, you will found Pong restaurants in many places. I suspect they are franchises, but I really don 't know. What I have noticed is that they all serve exactly the same food some sort of Swedified thai dishes with mild taste. If you eat here too often it grows on you since there is a sort of underlying base taste to everything served, but once in a while it 's ok. Like having a hamburger.

Tasty asian buffet. Basically all-you-can-eat for a fixed price. Buffer includes decent sushi and the usual suspects of asian kitchen. Very good price/quality.

Sunday afternoon they were open and serving buffet for 139 SEK. Food the mix typical for Sweden mostly chicken and vegetables, some not to interesting sushi, poor salad choice. I believe they could benefit from expanding their assortment. Pleasant enough to sit inside, staff polite and efficient.

This is a great meal at a great price! I eat here once a week, they are always friendly and the food is always great. Both the sushi and Thai food.
