Bistroteket - Stockholm

The restaurant l wanted to visit was fully booked so l ended up here by chance. Half of the tables were free, no good sign. The starters were nothing special. As main we had the beef rydberg, chops of meat well cooked, and 'sector iberico ' the waiter had informed that it was pork but can you believe it was only FAT ! Not a single gram of meat. I complained and the ridiculous answer was that they had a new supplier ... Even a blind cook should have understood that it was only FAT! See photos. To compensate they offered coffee and dessert for free. So l had the dessert (usually l don 't) an heavy sticky ball of butter with no flavour. Long waiting. Short list on menu, and l also spoiled an expensive glass of wine.

Went to bistroteket last week. An ok experience. Me and my company were there for a special cause to celebrate diferent things. The place were very loud both music in speakers and another company of guests laughing laud (espacially one woman at another table with a nasal laugh). It took a while for us to order drinks and food but i doesnt Do much when you are in great company Talking about achivements. I had cold beer. The others had wine bottles. Before deciding wich wine taste the waiter let her try a sip of the wine. Very proffesional! But nothing unusal. After a really long time we got our food. Everybody was pleased. Bistroteket got 3/5 rating from me with both pros and cons. Pros: eye for details (see pictures) cons: high laughs

Ordered the minute steak, was delicious! All the sides were cooked perfectly too. Went with a party of five and everyone loved the food. Waitors were really friendly and great! Atmosphere was great too. Definitely recommend!

The kind service managed 12 individual orders perfectly. The food was very tasty and only details keeps this review from 5 stars. It was very warm and quite noisy which was a little inconvenient. All in all a good restaurant experience.

Me and my friends was satisfied with our visist. Bistroteket have a lot of food and drinks to choose between. I eat a very good steak tartare whit french fries. The tartare was big enough for a hungry man. The fries was extra ordinary. So good. I will happily come back and eat at Bistroteket.
