Fuji Express - Stockbridge

Fuji Express is my place for Japanese food in the area. You get a lot of food for the price and the sushi options are excellent (deep fried, raw and vegetarian). The service is also quite good, and I never wait too long for my order. I have never inaugurated so I can't speak for this experience, but my orders are always correct and neatly packed with everything you need. I always get the beef bowl and, if I feel that way, I also get the Fuji Roll. Always delicious, never disappointed.

This is the best Hibachi and Sushi around... here for 6 years. The food and service is ALWAYS on point and beats expectations

Sushi here is on point!! Unbelievable for a fast service restaurant. I have to go it was nicely packed with everything necessary. Seaweed salad is fantastic. Fresh fish and rice just perfect!

This place is awsome! Very quick, nice service, and delicious foods. Will come back to try their Sushi rolls next time.

I really love Hibachi so imagine how pleased I was to see this place so close to my house and let me just say I was not disappointed the food was delicious and it was cooked to order and the customer service was great as well!
