As a loyal customer who comes in every week, I typically order 2-3 chicken poke bowls. Lately, I have been very disappointed because the chicken is grilled and not crispy. Where are the avocados in the bowls? They are listed in the ingredients as crispy chicken and avocado, but they are never there. Seriously, this is disappointing.

The quality is not good here, you're better off going to a Mito or an IGA for sushi. The sushi here is expensive, low quality, and quite disappointing. I can't even consider it to be real sushi.
