On this Sunday, December 10, 2023, I witnessed injustice against the employees of the Tim Horton located at 1350 Boul. Edouard in Saint-Hubert. The person in charge, a lady in her 40s, was intimidating the staff. She was screaming and very rude. Given the young age of the employees, they looked terrified and very anxious in front of their superiors. I could see the fear on their faces and the discomfort. First of all, this is not a good image for customers and the experience that Tim Horton’s wants to offer. Second, the person in charge should learn to speak and manage their employees professionally and in a way that creates a healthy and harmonious workspace. That said, I hope something is done about this person. We can understand that people can have bad days but to treat your employees this way, I don't think so.
