3rd time I tried to order this week, first two times I ordered at the end I get told they are doing carry out only. Tonight, I get charged, then get a phone call, the don't have any pan crust and can't do delivery. My money will be refunded in 2 to 3business days. So many problems with this place and corporate offers you a free pizza at their cost of $3.00. The franchiseeneeds to pay better and corporate needs to hold them more accountable.
This restaurant is a complete disappointment. Honestly, even frozen pizza from the grocery store tastes better. The situation is compounded by poor management that takes orders they can't fulfill, leaving customers without the toppings they've specifically ordered and paid for, and consistently overcooking their food. They attempt to compensate with discounts on future orders, but the quality remains just as low. The national chain should seriously consider shutting this location down because it reflects so poorly on their brand and tarnishes the reputation of other locations. I ordered a pizza tonight, only to receive a call from the manager informing me that they couldn't fulfill it. I expressed my disappointment and was treated dismissively. There are plenty of pizza places on the island, so I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
Additionally, I've had multiple experiences with this location leaving our pizza in a puddle on our doorstep for contactless delivery, and I’ve reported this issue to them. When I spoke to the manager, he admitted he couldn't help with our order. I respect his honesty, but the fact that I won’t see a refund for 5 to 7 days is absurd—I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place, and they really should consider shutting down online ordering. I placed the order at 9 PM, so it wasn’t even late. On a positive note, Papa John's came through with some delicious pizza. I used to be a loyal Domino's customer, but that loyalty hasn't earned me anything in return, so I'm done with that mindset. It seems like companies just don’t care anymore. Domino's was never amazing, but at least they were affordable.
I absolutely love enjoying Domino's food; it's really delicious! Mmm!
