Otherwise I don't know what to think about this place.

I won The Hub Party for my birthday, and the owner Ben was super helpful and courteous in helping me coordinate a time for that! The bouncer, Jamie I believe, was also super fun and kind and made sure me and my friends had a great night! It was such a generous gift from the bar and I will definitely be back again! Thank you The Hub! :

Went in and had relatively good time last Saturday, decided to play on their black jack machine and cashed out at about $60. Went up to the bar and asked for them to print my ticket and cash me out. Was then directed to the bouncer who took my name and information as well as how much I won. Told me to come in the next day to receive my money. Went in right at opening time the next day to be told that the machine was not supposed to be on last night due to an error, they didn't have my ticket. I tried reaching out to manager/owner, leaving my number for them to contact, and now leaving a review.Simply put I am irate, as I know others who played on the machine that night, who if they had won would have not been compensated. Worst of all the same bartender was working when I came back, and tried to compromise by providing me with free drinks. I would have thought they would have handled the situation a little more professionally. Will not be going back*Made a mistake on the quantity, I put $60 into the machine and cashed out at $50. There were no signs on the machine saying out of order, which was fully functional as I know multiple people played it that night, all though I know they lost and did'nt cash out. Furthermore I was never told the machine was out of order after the fact of playing on it, as I would not have gone out of my way to leave a review and try to contact them if I was told the night of.

What The Hub lacks in size, it more than makes up for in great drinks and fun times. Kick back with darts, beer pong, or even enjoy playing the Nintendo Switch. While it's easy to feel crowded, there's always something to do while having a night out.

The place was great but the bartender last night was in a really bad mood and just generally brought our groups mood down. She gave off the vibe that she didn’t want to deal with us. We would have stayed otherwise because the beer pong table was fun. We wanted to play darts and had put cash in the machine and when we asked for darts she said “I don’t have any darts right now.” So we didn’t get our money back from that either. I hope our next experience is better.
