Bidrage med feedbackMy Daughter loves this placeFun, clean Organized, good serviceWe love the pizza ? wings as well.
Please do not take your children to this location took my grandson and he then again went one week later with his parents two days after that trip started breaking out with bumps more like staph infection real bad. A moms group my daughter belongs to are saying similar breakouts happen to their children after visiting. I believe it has to do with thier little trampoline area. This is unacceptable! This is a place where children are supposed to go and play safely not get sick! Chucky Cheese needs to do better. People pay from $30-$100 there easily. they should be able to buy disinfectant shut contact play area down for a few min every hour to wipe it all down. It's really to bad because this location is aimed more towards little ones and my grandson really enjoyed it. We will not be returning
It’s the worse thing they ever did at my local Cupertino Chuck E. Cheese. We took my grandson’s first little family visit for his 2nd birthday this week on Monday there was maybe four people there in the whole place. My grandson, two years old and my other grandson four years old ran directly to the trampoline bypassing all the games I just paid $80 for their unlimited games plus $98 for pizza and drinks and salad, I spent a little over $180 for just the four of us.My grandsons were told very rudely by a young man working there that they had to get out. He was yelling at them so after you spend all that money, you have to buy a trip to the trampolines. It’s not included in anything that you purchase they removed their FREE indoor activity play and slides and replaced it with this .I had to tell the man to please not talk to my grandsons like that. My grandsons were very upset. I was very upset. After getting them, settled and starting to play the games with their cards that I got them, they started feeling better. But all night I continued watching this man rejected children left and right in a very rudely way. This is the worst edition, that they ever made a strongly feel that if you purchase Token passes or spend a certain amount of money. Your children should be allowed access. It was very horrible to see them while other children played. I wasn’t even made aware of this trampoline when I was purchasing our pizzas and gameplay they did not offer it to me or tell me anything about it my first learning experience, and my first knowledge of this trampoline zone was on my grandchildren disappointment when trying to jump. we’ve been going to Chuck E. Cheese for over 16 years. I’m highly disappointed.
The upgrades and new trampoline area are great additions to this location, everything appeared to be clean and well maintained. My concern is the employees at this location are in need of immediate training with how to interact with children. While my child was in the trampoline, one of the employees stood at the entrance of the trampoline and was very unfriendly the entire time. His demeanor was equivalent of a correctional officer constantly telling the children to “get up” when they would sit down in the trampoline. Granted, the rules said they couldn’t lay down, but I feel he could use a friendlier or more enthusiastic tone when speaking to toddlers and children ranging from 3-4 years old.I tried to ignore it, but I had to confront him when he used a plastic/ foam stick to poke at my daughter because she laid down while telling her to get up. That was HIGHLY inappropriate and unacceptable! The employee was very apologetic, so I don’t believe he was intentionally trying to be malicious, but this is why I believe training is needed. Also, one of the employees the put the wrist band on my child for the trampoline put it on so tight it was cutting into her skin and probably cutting off some circulation, I didn’t know until she told me it hurt and I could barely get it off from how tight it was.Great location, employees not so great.
This place has pretty good pizza for a kid 's entertainment venue. The workers are kind and hard working and this place maintains and updates their game AND keeps the place clean. I haven 't had an issue where my kids found an out of order game. I 've been to Chuck E. Cheeses where half of their games weren 't working it gets pretty frustrating. Not this place! My kids and I like going to this one and the one on Tully Rd I like this location because I can let my 3 year old do whatever he wants while I sit by the entrance/exit chokepoint it gives me a good vantage point and not have to worry about my kids getting snatched.Weekdays are slow just the way we like it, but the weekends are super busy(as expected)Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: They have a decent all you can eat salad buffet.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free pizzas, chicken wings, snacks however, they don 't have vegan cheese options.Parking: Never had issues finding nearby parking, even on busy days.Kid friendliness: Workers were kind and patient with our kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is on the first floor no ramps needed. Plenty of space between games and dining tables to allow for a wheelchair to roll through.
