Bennigan's Steubenville

Kinda in shock. I had never been to the place before, nor will I be coming back. Me and my date came in on 12OCT23 at about 6:00 pm. We were seated and then promptly ignored. We waited for 20 minutes, no waitress/waiter came to take our drink orders, talk to us, anything. I waved at atleast 2 of the serving staff trying make them aware that no one had even come to get our drink orders. Got their attention. Then they walked by us without a second look. We ended up leaving without ordering anything and without ever being served. Worst experience and service I’ve ever had Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went there tonight 10/1/23, were promptly seated. Sat for 30 minutes, no one ever came to table, so we left! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Burger

Terrible ownership!!!!! They let there staff treated customers awful and won’t even return the customers call!!!! Very poor ownership! And they have a moron running Brooklyn bagel and If an issue arises! That thing claiming to be a manager won’t even let the owners know about his customers complaints because he thinks its okay to treat people like garbage if there not satisfied with there food!!!!! I used to be a business owner myself before covid hit!! And let me tell you!!!!! This is no way to run a business by letting an ugly thing like that!!!! Treat your customers that way!!!!!! Twenty minute wait when there were about twenty empty and very dirty tables/booths. We changed our minds and left. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

It was better than I remember it being I haven't been to a Bennigan's since they left Canton Ohio it was our favorite spot so glad we found one close enough to home Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Monte Cristo Sandwich, Cheeseburger
