Smoked On 3rd Bbq Bistro Catering

It was very mediocre for how expensive it was. My partner got the st Louis ribs and I got the brisket. The brisket had a great texture and was cooked well but the flavor was missing something. We both ordered baked potatoes and that is exactly what they gave us a whole uncut unseasoned baked potato on the plate. Overall it was an alright experience.

Being in town on business I had a few coworkers suggest places to eat and smoked on third was one. I went in and placed a to go order looking at the menu it was very hard to decide because everything sounded delicious! I decided on homemade chips and queso, a burger and I decided to splurge some and get dessert so I ordered peach cobbler. It wasn't long and my order was ready I had back to the hotel, when I open the bag I was saddened to see no fork, no napkins, no condiments! I make the best of it and go down to the front desk and they gave me some catch-up and a fork. I come back up and begin to eat the burger and fries first when I open the box I see onions which hi 100% told them I did not want in the box, so I ate the fries that I felt didn't touch the onion into my burger that was supposed to be medium and it was very well done I was so disappointed and really I was upset about getting nothing with my to go order. I called back and spoke to the owner he offered to bring me a replacement burger to the hotel! I was shocked I wasn't about to go back out after I've been at work for 14 hours. He delivered my new food along with an additional dessert in about 15 minutes and let me share with you that burger was delicious homemade chips 10 out of 10 amazing if you are around definitely stop in! They go out of their way to make a bad situation absolutely perfect!

Pricey and a bit loud, but the food is pretty good.

The brisket chili potato is awesome! And the dinner for two is great also. But it should be advertised for three!

You should check this place out when you’re in Sterling. Very nice decor and food was really good. Our waitress Laura was absolutely exceptional!! She was smiling, friendly, attentive, and so nice. The best service we have had anywhere in a long while. Can’t wait to have the bread pudding later!!
