Panera Bread - Sterling

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Love the selection 2 option, and the menu is varied enough to satisfy any diet or craving. Your app is amazing b/c it saves so much time and their local order screens are also great. I have often been in this place in the past, but today's customer service was definitely worth a positive review. The gentleman who brought out the food was so pleasant and friendly I could say that he works here and works hard, he answered questions clearly and even got a cup for my iced tea. And when I left a woman went beyond and beyond her duty by helping me to clear my tray when she noticed that I jog my personal stuff and food tray.

They have both outside and in the dining room. Coffee Station and Juice Station are clean.

Excellent take-out breakfast Burritos but waited in a long line for 10 minutes because she had only i person handling register. I noticed that many employees are milling around during this long waiting period. Of course, as soon as I was the next one in the line, they open a second register... sigh.... This lack of register support loses an assessment point.

I love Panera at Loudon. The place is huge with a beautiful fireplace outside and many tables also outside.
