In the sterling position to get an icey coffee made from the Leominster's position, was everything I asked if I could be restored as it tastes very burned. the girl that helped me first answer was to have a big job and to say that she had to ask me because she didn't make the mistake. I never said that she made the mistake, literally I said that I had it on another one, and never once I said it was free. I asked if it was possible. I understand that she didn't make the mistake, and I understand that I would have to pay for the coffee to be made new, but what I had a problem was the fact of keeping out no reason and automatically saying that she didn't make the mistake as if I accused her and demanded a free coffee. attitude was not needed because I was very nice to begin and after the fact. when I worked a couple of years ago at dünkins to my understanding when a coffee was made wrong or bad tasted, they could bring it to any place to have made it new, not contain any representation. Maybe it's changed, but maybe it should be better told or advertised, especially when it involves employment.
My favorite fox spot? the ladies behind the counter are so beautiful: always smiling and happy give them these positive vibes?
Went into the store and wasn't helped because, we're timed on getting the drive thru orders done Why allow people to walk inside if they're not going to be helped? I made the point of how it would look if I called to complain about not being helped and the employee slammed down what she had in her hand, huffed and rolled her eyes. Why would anyone want to buy anything from them? Long wait, attitude and inconvenience. No thank you. Why not lock your doors and make it known you only serve drive thru customers like the Holden Dunks?
I'm not usually keen on ratings a large chain, but the staff at this Sterling D&D is so friendly. I drive out of my way to visit this location.
