Bidrage med feedbackI have had some good experiences in the past, but today was terrible. The mobile app would not accept my coupon, and the staff did not make any effort to resolve the issue. I was then asked to wait in front of the building for 10 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese after receiving my iced cap. It seems like they may be understaffed or just extremely disorganized.
I would like to give this restaurant 0 stars. I waited in line for 25 minutes, and when I asked for coffee, they told me they had water problems. I suggested they should have a sign out front if they have issues, but they didn't seem to care about my feedback.
This Tim Hortons is by far the worst I have ever been to. Let's start with the employees, who were very rude and seemed bothered when asked for anything. The girl at the window even gave me my change back with a very unfriendly tone. I ordered an ice coffee, but it tasted like watered-down coffee with a hint of milk. It was clear they had just poured hot coffee over ice, which really affected the taste. Tim Hortons needs to improve their customer service and train their staff on how to make their signature coffee correctly.
I tried to pay for my order with cash, and they said I had to give my food and coffee back to them thru the laufwerk thru window, because they did not change! This is quite safe against covid and servesafe guidelines and a generally insecure food practice. also the previous club sandwich I ordered came without bacon and did not have the additional mayo I had asked. they lose my business. also tried to call 3x to talk to a manager, and was also suspended on 3x without even saying hi. I used to visit the week a few times, but I'm going to go elsewhere from now on.
DONT COME HERE!!! Food sucks and the employees are super rude! It's a waste of time and money.
