Bidrage med feedbackFour of us went here 30 minutes after they opened. There was a sign up that said online orders only . We asked if we could still sit to eat if we ordered online...Nope! It wouldn 't have been such a bad experience if the employee wasn 't so dismissive! They were probably stressed from customers being irritated about the online order only thing, but they didn 't have to be rude. We went somewhere else, since we didn 't want to eat in the car.
I went there this evening and I encountered the rudest staff I have ever met in my entire life.They had no respect for anyone or anything and they thought they were above others. Not only were they sloppy, but their portion sizes were obnoxiously small. They are taught to only put half scoop of chicken or steak just so you will ask for double and get ripped off. The manager also encourages their bad behavior. This establishment is run by a bunch of incompetent people. I will not return as they have lost a loyal customer for life!!!
The overall experience left much be desired. We ordered the bowls and we both asked for extra rice and extra chicken and consequently we were not told there was an up charge for this request. Of course, our meal had been made and we were not going to refuse to pay for it, but when there is an up charge for certain requested items, the customer should be advised of this before the items are added.
Almost always dirty. Almost always out of something. It’s clear the staff cannot keep up with the volume of food they are putting out. Most staff members stand off-ish and rude. Others seem clueless to operations. Staff member offered me a wet tray to put my food on for dine in. Didn’t seem to see an issue with it. Some experiences at this location are good, but most not. This location was not always like this.
Chipotle needs to fix their slow POS machines or something
