Village Inn In Westm - ster

Ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup. The cup was barely more than half full and it was cold. Like cold, not room temperature.

I 'm not a Karen at all, but I was really disappointed in the staff when we walked in. It took the host a minute to register that there were people in the lobby because he was on his phone. With headphones on. Took him a couple times to count 5 of us. We were sat at a table covered in syrup, ketchup, and leftover food particles. I looked at the two other booths behind ours and they looked the same. Food smeared on the table and crumbs all over the floor. I stood waiting for someone to acknowledge us so we could clean the table ourselves, but no one even said I 'll be right with you . We left shortly after picking up sticky menus and still no greeting.
