Bidrage med feedbackWe waited 45 minutes for our food. I saw the cooks put out food on the heating table. I asked our waiter how much longer it would be before we got our food. He said it should be any minute. He went to the heating table and grabbed our plates. When he brought the food, he warned us that the plates were hot. They were hot because they say in the heating table for 10 minutes. My lettuce in my wife 's salad was very wilted. Then I found a piece of string in my pasta. The manager told us that the string was from a sanitizing cloth they used to sanitize the area and not from a member of the cooking staff. She stressed how important it was to have a sanitized area. I told her that it is important to keep cooking are clean, but it was more important to keep foreign objects out of the food that is served. I asked how the string got into my food and she said in a disrespectful tone, I have no idea. Our dinner experience was ruined. She deleted the cost of my meal, but did nothing to salvage our visit. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Macaroni Grill ANY Macaroni Grill and I will make sure people know why
These guys order repairs on their facility and don 't pay their vendors. We 've been owed over $4,000 going back to October 2023. We 've spoken with Jessica countless times and given the old I 'll pass this up to my supervisor story for nearly a year. Just another large corporation taking advantage of small locally owned businesses. I 'm sure we 're not the only ones. If you value small businesses and the people in your community that support their families through these small business, avoid this place like the plague. Will edit and revise as new information becomes available.
