Stellenbosch Kitchen

My friend and I went out for the first time since lockdown. We were served by Stephen who provided excellent service. The food was phenomenal.

The majority of the dishes at this restaurant were delicious, such as the battered hake, sirloin, mud cake with ice cream, and espresso. However, the prawn and chorizo starter did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, the service was painfully slow. Despite the fact that the restaurant was practically empty, we struggled to flag down a waiter to take our orders or clear our table.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff at Stellenbosch Kitchen are extremely helpful and polite. The food is outstanding and I have never tried anything on the menu that I did not enjoy. The quality of the food is excellent and the atmosphere is great!

We had a lovely dinner at Stellenbosch Kitchen! Freshest seafood I had in a long time and with the wine that George recomended it was all perfect! We also had the Springbok which was very tasty and very big. We sit outside on the patio with nice gas heater and little blankets George gave us keeping us warm so we can enjoy this nice street view vibe in Stellenbosch while we eat. Inside is also a fireplace and the building is very interesting inside with art and history. We will definitely be back!
