Mcdonald's - Steinkjer

Badly service the situation out off control NOT CLEAN, FOOD NOT WORM. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT I WORDER AND THEY CALL ME AGAIN AT THE CASA. I HAVE TO REPEAT ALL MY WORDER. The stuff wos not having the name ecuson and the table dirty on the floor dirty . They have 7 people in the kitchen and the crew manager she says to me that they have not enough people. I HAVE never expected this from MCDONALD'S . 06.08.22

I don't usually bother with bad reviews but this is the second time I made the error of stopping at this particular McDonalds and I hope that I'll remember to avoid them next time. They are a tempting stop on a Sunday afternoon as you are driving from Namskogan to Trondheim but the thing is that they are severily understaffed and they're probably the only open restaurant in the city, so I always end up waiting at least 30 to 40 minutes since I enter the restaurant and until I get my order.

A rather filthy McDonald's which lacks all the modern comforts standard to most other McDonald's. No machines, just endless queues, overworked employees barely able to get around. Just a mess. The food itself is McDonald's, so no real complaints there.

Ordered online had to wait an extra 30mins for it. No happy meal boxes or toys. No discount or replacement given even though we paid for a toy. Orders have been wrong in past and always missing food. This place seems to keep going down hill

Bad situation except control not clean, food not spicy. they know what I love and they gave me the money.
