Tahk Omakase Sushi - Steamboat Springs

Great food, came out quick and you can tell it's good quality/fresh.

In my reservation I mentioned that we're celebrating a birthday and requested a cozy corner table and we got put behind a room divider screen across from each other. Not cozy or intimate. I don't think they even read my request.

We love absolutely everything from the apps to the cocktails to the service to the atmosphere. Our favorite this night was the hot geisha roll and the dumplings. The sangria and mule were top notch. Always amazed when we visit Tahk!

Always love Tahk!! So dang good, Salmon Citrus roll is our fave!

We had a great experience. The food was delicious. Our server was lovely!
