E3 Chophouse - Steamboat Springs

We came at Happy Hour and the prices were great and food was excellent. The lobster Mac and cheese, bacon wrapped dates and steak kabobs were delicious and portions huge. Then had rib eye sandwich and burger that were huge. Kids menu also huge. Our waiter Gibson was super nice and then they gave our 11 year old a fantastic chocolate desert for his birthday. The setting on the river is really pretty and western decor is cool.

Great atmosphere, not too stuffy, not too casual. Great service from all the staff and servers. Wonderful touches because it was our anniversary. Highly recommend! Steak and prime rib was AMAZING, as was all the food.

My word, this place is phenomenal. I have never been so attended to by wait staff in my life! The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were so knowledgeable. The Chilean sea bass was a song in my mouth. Just divine. The price is up there but you certainly get what you pay for in this case. Don't pass this up if you have the chance!

We had a great experience for our friends birthday. Our service was impeccable. Ryan served us and gave us the best experience possible. From his honest opinion on dishes and great suggestions on wine. We also had the most perfetional buster Caleb. I definitely recommend dinning here. Ask for Ryan he is by far the best server at this establishment.

We just tried E3 in Nashville a few weeks ago for the first time and saw they had also opened in our favorite Spring Break town of Steamboat. The service, atmosphere and food were again outstanding. We ordered desert to go at the end, and that and our bill took a bit long to get to our table, but without complaint or asking they comped our pre meal drinks and desert (which they also added a couple extra portions for us to take home to the kids).
