Bud Werner Memorial Library

Brought a few kids in for story time. This library is amazing! Tons of great options for people of all ages. Great selection of amazing books, music, and movies. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

Perfect place to go if you have kids and trapped in Steamboat Springs. Traveled to Steamboat looking for something special and new. Problem was no snow fall and early in season but the Library saves all trips.

The staff here in the children’s area are some of the most enthusiastic and friendly around. The story times both in the botanical garden and library are excellent. And the play area inside is cute and small but a fun addition. There are plenty of cozy places to tuck away with your child and read.The cafe on the bottom floor, which is run by Off the Beaten Path bookstore is also fabulous. The cherry vanilla muffin was from scratch and honestly the best muffin I’ve ever had. My husband loved the chai latte which had a fresh taste and good spice level. The building is beautiful as well which doesn’t hurt!
