Bidrage med feedbackI am very disappointed in this place and the employees. I took my 6 year old there at 8:33 for a sweet treat on a Friday night and I was told by the 2 lady’s working that they stopped serving to the public on the inside at 8:30pm and “just hadn’t locked the doors yet” of course We said ok and walked out but upon looking back one of the girls decided to laugh and stick her tongue out like she just got away with something like not having to do her job. We will be talking to corporate and I do hope to see better behavior if I ever do decide to try again but honestly no one wants to deal with that kind of attitude for no reason.
Normally I love DD. This specific day however we went inside and were not in a rush to be anywhere. I ordered the maple bacon croissant and my husband ordered another similar breakfast sandwich with hash browns and snaking bacon. We waited about 15-20 minutes for this order. Both of our sandwhiches had FROZEN eggs on them when they came out. We returned it for fresh ones which took another 20 minutes at least. This time they were very good. The facility was very dirty. There were rotten bananas hanging. The icecream tubs had cross contamination from other flavors in them. Every single table was dirty and needed cleaning. I am not sure if we caught them on an off day but the place was out of sorts. The ladies behind the counter were however very kind and seem to be in great moods. Very courteous employees.
Dining room is open but when you go in you become INVISIBLE!!! We walked up to the counter, to the freezers… no one acknowledged our presence. The drive thru was busy. However if people aren’t going to be waited on unless I’m the drive thru CLOSE THE DANG DINING ROOM!!! I had a handicapped individual and it was no small task to get them into the building. We were inside politely waiting our turn for 15 mins. If you can’t hire people for lack of employment interest, then close the entrance. If you are leaving the dining open then train your employees on common courtesy practices. Clearly we were willing to wait since we were there for 15 mins as invisible patrons. We won’t be back! You are too busy to need our business!
Seems to be short staffed. Had a drink made wrong a week ago. I complained by email and was responded to within 24 hrs so that was good. Said if I came in and tell about my experience, Monique she would make it right. I see efforts being made here in the last 3 months to get better and friendly services.
For someone who used to work here and is pretty serious about her coffee, this is now one of the worst Dunkins ever! I asked for a full fat ICED Latte, with only heavy cream-no milk. Lady gonna tell me they cannot do that with lattes...uhhh yes you can. She then lied to me, told me she would make it that way and did not. It has milk in it. So, someone here doesn't know about making coffee. Be it the owner or the manager. So, when someone asks for a full fat iced latte, it means with heavy cream. Up your coffee game! GO TO DUNKIN ON Broad St, they are much more coffee and people oriented!!
