Bojangles - Statesville

We go eat here pretty regularly for breakfast on Saturdays. The food is good 99%of the time and service is friendly. The main problem is it's hit or miss if the dining area is open or not, but that's due to staffing shortages like almost everywhere. TheDt Dew is broken on the drink machine as well, but they'll give you some if you ask.

This was my first time eating at a BoJangles and it came with a great recommendation from a local. Unfortunately, the chicken was no competition for Popeyes or Royal Farms. Biscuit was decent. Sides were mediocre. Staff was pleasant.

Stop to get food and of course the drive thru was wrapped around the building. So I parked and went inside,after I ordered my food I asked for a bigger bag to put all my food in and asked for a drink tray for my drinks. The bigger bag and the drink traypretty much got thrown at me because everyone behind the counter was to busy talking and joking around about what they weregetting into after work. The worst service I've ever had at any fast food restaurant!! I drive a truck for a living and I canget better service at a truck stop. Food was good but customer service needs ALOT of work!!!

Fresh, hot, seasoned fries and green beans. The sandwich was great too, although they hardly put any mayo on it. All good, though... the service and food were great! One of the better Bojangles I have been to!

First time experience, hopefully won't be the last. Everything was awesome. I'm eating as I write this- delicious! Also the staff left a lasting great impression. Wish I could thank each one personally in making my family meal memorable.
