Jimmy John's - Statesboro

This place is good, what the devil happened to you? How is that a package? everything falls off this pack. we also waited 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 people before us. never again at this place would have known from the 3.8 stars for google reviews.

Not fast at all. Drivers are either incompetent or lazy. We waited almost an hour for an order that was dropped off and never noticed. The app didn’t give us a confirmation or notification of any kind. The driver did not knock. Only after I called to complain did a push notification go out saying our order had been delivered. This is twice now that we’ve ordered and waited almost an hour for a deliver that is less than a quarter mile away from the store. Management needs to do something about this service problem, it has happened to us more than once.

I have been to this establishment multiple times without any issues, however not too long ago I went there ordered a sub, a pickle, and a chocolate chip cookie. Once I had paid for my order I went to grab my cookie and I realize that there were no chocolate chip cookies. I asked if they had any and they said no. And then the woman at the cash register said that they had triple chocolate and oatmeal raisin. I told her that I wasn't going to eat either and then she asked if I wanted a bag of chips. I told her I don't eat chips. She tried to make me wait 20 minutes so she could give me an extra pickle in lieu of a cookie. She never gave me a refund. She just told me that when I came back she would give me a cookie for free. Well I came back and ordered just to find out that they didn't have the same cookie again. I understand she was trying to solve the problem quick but she should have just gave me a refund once you wasn't able to give me what I ordered. So in the end I paid for something that I never got.

Placed an order at 12:35 in the afternoon. I was expecting it to take a bit longer since it was the lunch hour rush. I called at 1:20 to ask if it was getting close to being delivered. The manager told me they were out of turkey and that i should re-order a different sandwich. They could have called rather than making me wait that long. So I re-order a different sandwich at 1:25 and waited 20 minutes and asked again if it was close and they said they were waiting for a driver. I then call back at 2:25, a full hour after the order and he did not have a good answer as to why it had not been delivered. Horrible service Freaky Fast my a ....

This is the most dedicated staff I have ever encountered. Not only did they surpass my expectations with my order, but they did so quickly, despite the late hour that I placed it. I highly recommend visiting this Jimmy John's as I have never been disappointed. If I could give more stars, I would.
