Chili's Grill - Statesboro

Our waitress was excellent. She was very attentive. However, the food was not the best quality. The baked potato soup and loaded mashed potatoes were delicious. However, the sirloin steak had a lot of gristle and was overly chewy. The flavor was cooked andthe temperature was just right though. The atmosphere was average. I would go back, but I would not order a steak again.

Friendly staff greeted me at the door. I was sat quickly and the waitress was quick to get me a drink and take my order. Food was hot and tasty and I was checked on frequently. Very good experience all around.

Only had one waitress in the restaurant but understandable because it was a very slow period. We were the only ones in the seating area. We had planned to have dessert but did not see the waitress again until right when we were getting up to leave.Not a big issue, just may want to have more staff in the future even on a slow night. Food was okay, burger was pretty bland.

Food was hot and well prepared. Service was slower than expected, didn't seem to be a sense of urgency amongst any of the servers I observed. Hostess that seated me was not very friendly or welcoming at all. I withheld my review until second visit,this was my exact experience the 1st time I came here. Not a Chili's experience at all, substandard for sure.

The service here was excellent. Brendon the Bartender is so friendly, attentive and helpful. He offered cool suggestions to make my drinks interesting, kept our glasses full and engaged in pleasant conversation while tending to us and making drinks for thedining room. Sierra, who was our server for dinner was also a delight. She was prompt, very pleasant and took our orders and gotus served in a timely fashion. The restaurant was clean and gave us a very enjoyable evening. The food was good, though theservice was exceptional.
