Dunkin' - Staten Island

One of my favorite DD. I have never had any issues whatsoever. Great customer service and quick!!!

Absolutely filthy. First of all the staff has an attitude with their customers! I ordered a coffee and a dozen donuts for my children. When we got home and opened the box, not one but two cockroaches came out of the box. With poor management, poorattitude and lack of cleanliness, I will never step foot into that store again

Terrible attitude of worker. I stopped in at about 10:30am Saturday 8/13/2022, ordered four coffee's. The woman had a nasty tone like she couldn't be bothered. Last time I go into that dirty place. Place was absolutely filthy.

The worst Dunkin' donuts ever I told him I didn't want ice in my tea they wanted to charge me extra money I hope a supervisor or manager listens to this cuz I want to talk to him that is pathetic and it's the only store I go to that gives me a hard timeabout no ice they stop giving lemon so I have to take it home to make it it's not my fault so don't ever go to that one onRichmond Avenue by Amboy the worst and then they yell at you

I was was wasting my seven dollar on two dried muffins and a stele croissant! the worst Dunkin’ donuts, in which I was ever! never again! unfortunately I had to throw away the muffins and the croissant, which was a waste of money
