Penzión Koliba - Stara Lubovna

Not everything is tasty. We were a family, everyone ordered different dishes. Everything is not tasty. The meat is dry, over-fried, and salted. Chicken broth is not tasty, dumplings are baked, then simply deep-fried and smell of stale oil, and not tasty. Ukrainian borscht is not borscht at all. And so on. We have been visiting Koliba since 2014 because of the good food, friendly service and quite affordable prices. The fantastic highland decor deserves special attention: the owners can boast of a huge collection of various folk antiques. We had lunch at Koliba at 1:15 p.m. We took the menu so we wouldn't have to wait long. We waited 40 minutes for the menu. There were no napkins or complete cutlery on the table, which I had to take from another table. As for the food, the duck was tasteless, the lox raw and tasteless. We waited 20 minutes to pay. Just Nonsense. Never ever! Parking: Disadvantage: Animals prohibited!!! So if you have a dog, avoid this restaurant. Service: Dine in
