Novotel London Stansted Airport

A decent hotel if you have to stay for some reason close to Stansted Airport. Shuttle service running from 0345am till 0045am to/from airport. Rooms ok, nothing fancy but it does the job. Good breakfast buffet starting 0400am till 1000am(warm bf starts at 0500). Free Internet. Decent prices for Stansted area(still expensive but this seems to be our new future). 4 well deserved stars. Arrived, checking in a bit slow but OK. Room was fine just as described. A bit of TLC needed as obviously had scuffs etc from previous stayers. Restaurant was good bar was nice. Breakfast was fine, would've liked strawberry jam for croissants but there was none, Ltd staff on duty he was obviously busy so did not ask him as it was not a deal breaker Rooms: 4

Brilliant stay ahead of an early morning flight at Stansted. Hotel restaurant was fairly good though a bit pricey. We were in a family room and it was comfortable. The airport shuttle ran at a regular frequency and was very quick to the terminal. We would definitely do this again. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
