I live over the border in Vermont and went to stanstead to see if le tamifobia was open (it was not), so we tried. it was soouu good. a man from paris owns and leads it as a waiter, host and cook. we had. the best salmonquiche and salate I have ever tasted, in which did the best quiche ever. the crust and the last of the taste have blown us away. they can dinate inside or on veranda (both are beautiful) and French music is played softly over the loudspeakers. very cheap prices for a wonderful meal.

If they like something from paris next to the usa, they will come by! they will love the coffee and the company! in the small industry, the locals call the bee ebene, the landscape rolls hills and mountain, they are very close. the honey square and the lavender farm. then visit the amazing stanstead stone circle! they will be happy that they, a very unique place!
