Tonight is the second time we’ve gone and not only was the order not right my daughter in laws onion rings were so burnt she couldn’t even eat them.

Clean environment friendly staff they got my order right it was a good experience

They can't keep help. Don't get orders right. Slow ,manger is rude.

Took far too long to get a cherry limeade, and every stall I go to doesn’t have an operational screen.Had to get someone’s attention to my order after 30 mins and they did apologize; offered me a free medium limeade next time. Just seems like it’s something different every time I visit, but their staff has always been friendly.

I went to order some food for two, whomever the young woman was who was taking my order customer service skills definitely needs more work. As I was ordering my 1st order, she was rushing me and didn't even get my full order. So I waited a minute or two to give her some time to complete my full order but she went on to taking other folk orders so I canceled and left. Nasty attitudes and impatience is not what it is when dealing with the public. That's the job YOU chose!
