Why is the milkshake machine always broken, happens all the time and staff couldn’t give a ****. PS burgers are ****, why can the French do MCds but we can’t??

Asked to wait in the car at the drivethru and forgot me!! Had to go inside then waited another 5mins before half hearted SORYY From the manager. Sorry my arse!! Joke Maccys!! Always get your order wrong or forget you altogether!!!!!!!!!

All food was either undercooked or overcooked it was like a 4 yr old had been allowed in the kitchen my daughter used her precious points to purchase the food , she was disappointed and please get rid of the pineapple menu it's a fail ! The food reflects what's going on in the kitchen there needs to be a bit more put into what u do and the food will show that normally the food taste's great this time big turn off ! Had to write review you wouldn't pick up the phone

I have had a 90% error rate with my delivery orders from this restaurant. It has become a running joke in my household. For example, when ordering a meal for four people, I would expect to receive four drinks, but they only sent one. I have contacted the manager multiple times and they claim that the orders are being double checked, but I am skeptical of this.

Service was quite slow but the main problem was it was freezing in there. Too much aircon considering that the food is never that hot to begin with
