Butts Green Garden Centre Cafe

While out for a leisurely Sunday drive, we stumbled upon this fantastic café! It was absolutely perfect! The avocado poached eggs on sourdough toast were delicious and satisfying. The Full English breakfast was spot on. We will definitely be coming back.

£30 for a sandwich and tea for two Regular visitors , can’t understand how they got to that price It’s not possible to be that expensive

Doubled the prices since last year scandalous prices now. More over priced than food in London or on the coast. This is a garden centre in the middle of nowhere !!

Took some friends here for afternoon tea, the setting was lovely and the service was very good, but the food was only average. The sandwiches looked messy and you couldn't tell which was which. The cakes and the scones were not that fresh, a little bit hard. I have paid allot less and had better at other places. I would certainly come again for a snack as its a lovely place, but I wouldn't recommend afternoon tea.

The restaurant offers nothing but delicious freshly made food, especially their cakes. The service can be a bit slow, but the staff are friendly. I have visited multiple times in 2022 and the service, seating both inside and outside, and overall experience have always been consistent. Sometimes they can be slow to clear tables, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. The garden center is not very large but it's nice. It's worth a visit if you're in the area, although it can be a bit out of the way. However, it's not difficult to find.
