I would like to start off by saying, God Damn!! These men know their BBQ. The style of BBQ is an open style not specific to region. They have managed to incorporate combinations of flavors, sauses and cook style to near perfection. Very pleasantly surprised and a must visit if u eat BBQ. Anything and everything on their menu is downright fire. Don't be fooled by the location/area, these men bring some serious competition. I can't wait to visit again and enjoy their delicious food. My neighbor recommended this place so we decided to check it out. Wish I had great things to report, but I don't. Ordered online and still had to wait an hr for the food when we arrived. Portions were small, chicken was not fresh and definitely left over from days prior and dry. Mac and cheese worst I ever had, oily and bland. Beef brisket was bland and had more fat than actual meat, and the rice and beans and cole slaw were just horrible. Definitely my first and last visit, just disappointing. First off, this is not a fine dining establishment and anyone expecting that sort of experience will be sorely disappointed. What you do get is friendly service (as fast as they can provide it), a fun atmosphere, and excellent barbecue. My wife and I came on a Friday night and they were assembling a large catering order on three of the 6 or so tables inside. We were the only dine in guests but there was a steady stream of to-go orders being served up the entire time we were there. We got the sampler and a pound of sliced brisket and it was all great. The habanero sauce isn't particularly spicy but has great flavor and enough zing to keep things interesting. Overall nice people, fun little dining area, and food that was definitely worth the wait. Best BBQ. I had the baby back ribs , wife had the brisket both were awesome. All the sides are homemade in house. Great family run restaurant, very welcoming. The only bad thing I could say is they could use a better location with a bigger dinning area, seemed a bit cramped. That was all forgotten soon after arriving because of the absolutely amazing customer service, the pork and smoked chicken were absolutely delicious, there wolf beans were suggested and I loved their kick, and the pudding was EVERYTHING!
