Great experience. the best cappuccino I had from all dunkin donuts. excellent service. I'll end this in the morning.

This place has the best crew! we went to the breakfast and coffee and brought our doggo so that we also got him a pup cup! the personal was great! thank you!

Too bad they stopped lemon donuts. they have always been my favorite. this place makes the complete Dunkin menu. the 34th sts location that has just been rebuilt, just donuts and coffee, nothing else.

I do not try to leave bad reviews on the basis of a single bad experience, because people sometimes have days off, but 3 times I was here and all 3 times were similarly disappointed, which makes effiw a sample. I was not greeted for the first time and then ignored almost 5 min while waiting in the line that consisted of only me. I ordered and went to the toilet room. came back and sat down to wait while he took the dressing up. they brought out my command, but they let him sit on the table when I sat there and had never told me that they had brought it out. the other two times are similar experiences. a terrible service. not a single smile, not even a fake. I think I'm gonna pay a few cents extra and just go after dieucks. at least there the employees seem to be interested.

This location is the worst! When they first reopened, staff was intelligent, friendly and efficient. No longer. They move slower than a sloth, attitude and always get orders wrong. I had a mobile pick up, guy looked at the order slip 4 times and still forgot half the order. Started to put the donuts in a bag then wandered off to make drinks on another order. The manager walked around clueless, too busy on her phone. Two customers came in, neither was acknowledged, both walked out after waiting several minutes. The staff was not busy, there was one car in the drive thru. Do not go here, it's terrible. Not worth the time.
