Taco Bell - St. Peters

In the app ordered. for picking up. they have not opened any lobby, so pick up is not really available. waited 25 minutes in the car thru. unfortunately I had already paid thru app, otherwise I would not have been through with him

Arrived at 9:30 a.m. to drive, no one answered the redner. drove past and there were two employees who had been in the lobby talks. I get that they can only be brought for a short time, but at least say something.

Today sat there and waited a good 15 minutes for 2 frits and nacho fries, which would not have been bad if the guy who worked the window did not forget to me one of the eat (and still charged me for it) and if the nacho fries not ice cold and hard like a rock

Why they can't put a sign that lobby is closed, it's just too much more work. I'm sure others feel the same. out, go to the door, find his locked and 3 more cars got in the drive thru line while they test the door. thanks for giving up the EXTRA-MILE for the usa!

This store is absolutely awful! Went here to get food at Midnight when the store is open until 1am and after waiting 20 minutes to order in the drive thru the employee tells us they are only giving food to door dash drivers...are you kidding me? Why even show the store is open if you are not serving food??? What a joke... Then we have to keep waiting in their mile long drive thru just to be able to leave with nothing because their employees are too lazy to made a few flipping tacos...
