Bidrage med feedbackCan not dip, doors are always locked. not sure why they don't open the dining room anymore! Shouldn't we just get rid of the dining room if we can never use it as a consumer?
I'm so tired of being a door lock, and if I'm just a customer, and you can't even be peoples through the journey through less than 30 minutes. absolutely cruel. either close or rent them more people and open the lobby. it is literally taco bell, what in the world is wrong with this company and those who run it. I feel so bad for the one or two people they employ, because all their incredibly terrible business processes fall on them, while their gm and regional managers get to collect their pimps and do nothing to help the situation.
Since they only allow the drive thru at this place, it went down with service to get the order correctly, items taken from the menu, or the waiting time and line is terrible. update: 11/27 inside is still closed and it causes traffic problems on the parking lot, because there is no sign to say that the lobby is closed and the lines keep the exit road blocking and even **** still car. doordash and others are always rejected, cancel ordering and do not wait in the drive-thru line. I don't know how to get enough business by working only by running thru and the fact that the people are stuck in the line when they find that the dings were taken from the menu for drive-thru. while I wait on the line, I heard people trying to get inside and tremble a storm while no one on the inside looks at them or recognizes their existence.
The service has really declined in the last few months, it was good earlier. tried 4 times in the last few months to breakfast. twice there was a cone that blocked the drive-thru as soon as no one ever came to the loudspeaker to order, and once they claimed they were out of ice and it would take 30 minutes to make more. 4 strikes, you're out, you won't be back for every meal.
The wait time was 26 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I picked up my phone. Given there were only 3 cars in front of me and I prepaid for a mobile order this seemed incredibly unacceptable.Both quesadillas were burnt fairly severely.2 of the 3 soft tacos didn’t have sour cream despite paying extra for it.The enchiritos didn’t have the extra cheese I paid for, they barely had any cheese at all.If I have to wait this long I would expect the order to be correct. In 30 minutes I could have sat down at a real Mexican restaurant and gotten much higher quality food.
