Beef 'o ' Brady 's - St Pete Beach

Okay, so maybe this isn't worth five stars, but it was certainly MUCH better than the 2 1/2 stars it's showing. I was floored by how low the ratings are. We ordered takeout while we were hanging at the adult pool right outside of this restaurant. The food was ready in about 15 minutes. Each box was packaged very nicely with paper in the bottom to keep the boxes from getting soggy. My Santa Fe Salad was tasty with plenty of seasoned chicken and two containers of poblano dressing. The lettuce was a mix of romaine, spinach, and arugula. It was fresh and crunchy. My wife had the veggie rice bowl and gobbled it down. She remarked that the peppers and onions were sautéed very nicely and had a great crunch and flavor. Service was friendly and efficient. They packaged our to go order with napkins and cutlery without being asked. Nothing in my experience suggested negativity.

Didn't eat just sat at the bar. Wonderful bartender Ashley very nice. Good selection of beers. Bottle and draft. Looks like the traditional menu.

While I didn't think the food was spectacular (it was good! , what made this experience great was our amazing waiter. I went to the restaurant at the resort with my two aunts, Mom, and grandma. This was the final day of our girls mini vacation, and Glenn, our waiter, was amazing!!! He was very personable and entertaining. We all said we wish we could take him with us and have him serve us at every restaurant! He certainly was an awesome way to end our trip. When we asked for a photo of all of us, we certainly weren't mad when he joined in! As for the food, my meal and everyone else's was pretty good. The boom boom shrimp was very good! What we all loved was the flight of beer. For only $10 you got 4 different types of beer to try. We've had flights before which have only a couple of sips of each, but this one had a good glass full!

This place is decent. We frequented it several times during the week we were staying on property for a work conference. They had many, many tv's and were displaying lots of sporting events while we were there, so we'd drop by in the evenings and grab a pitcher of beer and just relax at the bar. The $15 domestic pitchers is what made us come back again and again. Decent beer offerings and cold brew. What more do you want at a drop-by style bar/pub? The first time in, we had a burger, some type of spicy Amarillo burger, and it was absolutely fantastic. Excellently well cooked, superb flavors, and perfectly seasoned. Loved it. Another time, we sampled the wings and cheese sticks platter. They were very good also. You get quite a bit of food with each offering, but expect to pay slightly above average prices given you're in a resort on the beach. We didn't do any cocktails while there, only beer, as the prices were insane and after watching several different bartenders throughout the week noticed that they made them with VERY LITTLE liquor, mostly just mixers. But the beer was good and cold! Overall, good location, friendly service, and in a very convenient spot, right by the sand and the adult pool. We enjoyed it several times and came back frequently throughout the week. Good job Beef-O-Brady's.
